Use of Vision Made

Vision Made provides AI-assisted artwork generation, saved creation tools, Vision Points, product mockups, and made-to-order print checkout. You are responsible for the prompts, references, images, names, and instructions you submit.

You may not use Vision Made for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing activity, or to create content that violates our AI Content Policy.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login method secure and for activity under your account. We may restrict, suspend, or close access when needed to protect customers, payment systems, fulfillment partners, or Vision Made.

Vision Points

Vision Points are used to generate private artwork proofs inside Vision Made. Vision Points purchases are digital and are not cash equivalents. Vision Points may be consumed when a generation request completes successfully, even if you later choose not to order a product.

Custom products

Products are custom and made to order using the selected saved creation and product configuration. Product previews are digital approximations. Final print placement, color, material texture, and scale may vary by production method and fulfillment provider.

Intellectual property

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. Vision Made does not guarantee that generated artwork is exclusive, copyrightable, trademark-clear, or free from similarity to existing works, brands, people, or designs.

Limitations

Vision Made is provided as-is during MVP development. We work to provide a premium and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect generation results, exact color matching, or error-free fulfillment.
