When are Vision Points added?

Vision Points are added after Stripe verifies a successful checkout and the webhook reconciles your account balance.

Do failed generations use Vision Points?

No. Vision Made is designed to spend Vision Points only when a creation successfully completes.

Can I order a product right away?

Product checkout is available from Reality after you save a proof. Live production remains protected by safety controls while launch testing continues.

What should I include in a support email?
