Refund policy.

Clear expectations for digital Vision Points, custom made-to-order products, damaged items, misprints, and order issues.

Vision Points

Vision Points are digital creation access for AI artwork generation. Vision Points purchases are generally final once delivered to your account or used for generation, unless required by law or there is a duplicate charge, payment error, or verified service issue.

Custom products

Printed products are custom made from the artwork and product choices selected at checkout. Because each item is produced for a specific order, we generally cannot refund or exchange products for buyer's remorse, prompt preference, color expectations, wrong size selection, or changes requested after production begins.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact support within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, materially defective, misprinted, or different from the product ordered. Include the order email, photos of the item and packaging, and a clear description of the issue.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent as quickly as possible after checkout. If fulfillment has already started, cancellation may not be available because custom production can begin automatically.

Resolution options

Depending on the issue, Vision Made may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or support with the fulfillment partner. We review each request against order records and production evidence.
