Customer responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, references, uploaded content, names, and final selections you use in Vision Made. Only submit content you have the right to use and print.

Disallowed content

• Illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, or threatening content.
• Sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers children.
• Instructions or imagery that meaningfully facilitates violence, self-harm, fraud, or abuse.
• Private personal data, confidential documents, or sensitive information submitted without authorization.
• Counterfeit, trademark-infringing, or misleading brand, logo, celebrity, or public figure merchandise.

Likeness and identity

Do not create or order products using another person's name, face, voice, likeness, or identity unless you have permission or a lawful basis to do so. We may reject or cancel requests that appear deceptive, invasive, defamatory, or exploitative.

Brands and protected works

Do not prompt Vision Made to copy protected brands, logos, characters, artists, designers, product trade dress, or copyrighted works for merchandise unless you have the necessary rights.

Review and enforcement

Vision Made may block prompts, refuse fulfillment, remove saved creations, cancel orders, or restrict accounts when content creates legal, safety, abuse, payment, or fulfillment risk.
